X-fit 06/23/2011

Here is the workout for today:

7 Rounds

7 Deadlift (95#/55#, I did 65# modified, see below)

6 Hang Power Celan

5 Front Squat

4 Push Press

3 Push Jerk

2 Split Jerk

1 Thruster

Well I have my torn supraspinatus (shoulder muscle) so any lifting above my head is out. I substituted the last four lifts with five one-handed push press per round and five modified one-handed thruster things. Finished around 10:30.
